About Stephanie

I have studied Craniosacral therapy since 1998 and continue to be fascinated by and intrigued with the potential that exists in this system. I have been a New York State Board Licensed Massage Therapist since 2000, and completed the Upledger Institute Craniosacral trainings through the Advanced level; The Milne Institute's Visionary Craniosacral trainings through Level 3; and am currently continuing a study of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Trauma Resolution through Somatic Experiencing.

My desire is to shed light on the subconscious, and focus consciously on the innate wholeness. I believe in empowering those seeking health, and teaching them how to find it within, where it ultimately lives. I feel a deep passion for initiation and rite of passage work, particularly with our youth, through Firewalking. I continue to learn and practice in honor of my Teachers, the Elements and the Human Heart.
