Extraction

Extraction is a form of purification for your body, and removal of toxic energy from your energy field. Attachments to unhealthy energy, emotion and thought forms are identified, and external energy that has been accumulated or absorbed is removed.

When foreign energy and intrusions are removed, your body can more easily harmonize and health is more readily accessible.

An example of an energetic toxicity may be another person sending venomous energy (either consciously or subconsciously) towards you after an argument or out of emotion, such as jealousy. Sometimes, toxic energy is accumulated when sensitive individuals are immersed in the emotional fields of others who are not claiming or moving their own energy. Words that are "thrown" at another may sometimes have enough energy behind them that they penetrate as if it were an arrow or rock. It is imperative that we begin to bring consciousness to our words and actions, as the old adage "sticks and stones may break my bones, but words can never hurt me" is false.

Toxic energy can be absorbed when we are not present with our energetic body. In other words, if we leave the "house" vacant, either because we are in a state of trauma, soul loss, using drugs or alcohol, or otherwise not present. We may notice a loss of energy (fatigue), illness, depression or inability to focus as a result of the toxic energy accumulated.

Releasing and Cord Cutting:

Journeying to create clarity and intention, this process may include extraction and fire ceremony. We call on the earth element to assist with extraction and transmutation of stagnant or discordant energy. We utilize the power of the fire to transform what must be released and re-formed.

This process is followed by a balancing of the chakra system and a purification of the energetic field. Suggestions for "homework" together with a grounding and centering practice will be given to support integration.

Often souls that have left this world attach to people or places of familiarity out of fear or hope of staying connected. With gentle facilitation we can help move the spirit on to where it may ultimately flourish and return to new life.

Creating a sacred object that holds the imprint, emotion and energy of what must be released is given to the element of fire while prayers are offered to facilitate transformation.

Home and Office Clearings:

Often when a new space is claimed, we may notice an energetic residue left behind from previous inhabitants. An energy clearing to clear stuck or unwanted energy can create a fresh beginning, and is a way to honor and respect the space and your intention for its use. Together we may create a ceremony to cleanse the space of old or toxic energy, bless the space with prayer and song, state your intentions, and claim the space in a new and respectful way.
