Are you ready to shed the skin of your old patterns and outworn beliefs and step fully into your soul's truest, most shining light?  Do you need to take a break from nurturing others and instead carve out time to nurture your deepest soul-self?  Does your empty cup need to be filled with love, trust, and real spiritual nourishment?  Have you been drawn to the idea of vision questing or doing a nature solo but never made the time?
If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, then this transformational week is for you!  We still have a few spaces left for this life-enriching and path-affirming experience at Spirit Hollow in a safe circle.

Structured around the medicine wheel and the five elements (earth, water, fire, air, and ether) and will include daily:  element-based flow yoga, council circle to share insights, concerns, wisdom and fears, chakra clearing, belief work, shamanic journeying, ecstatic chanting, firewalking, trust exercises, trance dancing, fire ceremony, sweat lodge, and two days and two nights in solitude “vision questing” on Grass Mountain.

You will leave more alive and with many tools to begin to manifest your vision in your life after leaving Spirit Hollow.  Lodging in one of our yurts, vegetarian meals provided.  Cost on a sliding scale.  Some partial work exchanges available.
