Blue Moon Bliss Bash Celebrate the Light Within New Year’s Eve Alchemy Ceremony, Firewalk and Celebration!
The Earth is changing and so must we. The time for inner alchemy is now. Join with your community and tribe and commit to them. The energy you carry is not just about you anymore. How are you moving into the whole and what are you bringing with you? This is a safe space to connect, share, sing, dance and touch into where your core meets the larger whole and contributes to its heartbeat. Gain support from the elements, the tribe and the vibe to walk into your bliss, regardless of your story, struggle or pain. Tonight we dance the shadow and embrace both the fullness and eclipse within and make powerful choices about how to move forward and serve the greater whole. Together we will examine what holds us from ultimate fullness, and become willing to shed that which does not serve. We will utilize ancient gifts and inner knowings to move us into the fullness that serves and makes life juicy and sweet for us, our community and our planet. All are welcome! Participation is voluntary. All those who attend will avail themselves of the healing properties of the fire whether they walk the coals or not. All heartbeats with a desire to connect are welcome. AUGUST 7-15, 2009WOMEN'S TRANSFORMATIONALVISION QUEST 2009
This retreat is for women who are ready for CHANGE! At this crossroads, we provide a sacred, grounded and supportive environment to transform in a community of women committed to CHANGE.
This 9 day journey begins living in community close to the earth, sharing intentions in circles of deep listening, and participating in ceremonies that help strengthen, honor, and celebrate our lives. A unique blend of teachings and ceremonies will prepare you for this quest. Each day we will begin nourishing the body with yoga, corresponding the day's teachings to the medicine wheel and chakra system. Each evening will include a sacred ceremony with the elements (earth, fire, water, air) We will learn to work with our fears and our limiting beliefs through participating in a firewalk. We will prepare for our vision quest with a traditional sweat lodge. We will sing, drum, and ask for wisdom and guidance from the natural world as each participant prepares for her three day, two night journey alone on the earth. This traditional period of solitude, fasting, and exposure to the natural world is where you will face yourself, see your life reflected in the mirror of nature, and come to recognize and appreciate your own unique gifts. You will have the facilitators energetic support during this time of solitude. Following the three day period of solitude, you will return to base camp to rejoin the others. We will then settle into a day of rest and nurturing, storytelling, and a sharing and reflection of nature’s teachings. You will be prepared to bring your gifts back to your larger community, families, and lives. We will culminate this experience with a blessing way, honoring your path into the future as the precious being that you are. Participants will enter a careful preparation process upon registering that includes written materials, a phone consult, and suggested soul preparation activities to assure a good match with this program. Participants provide all their own camping gear and a detailed list of needed items will be provided. No prior camping experience is required.
